Memorial Wall Stories

This memorial wall has been created in loving remembrance of those we have lost to suicide. It stands as a quiet place of reflection during the week leading up to the Addison Kelly Butterfly 5K, honouring lives that mattered deeply and continue to be missed. Each name, photo and memory represented here tells a story of love, connection and loss. This wall exists not only to remember those who are gone, but to acknowledge the pain carried by families, friends and communities left behind, and to remind us that no one is ever forgotten.

Every individual honoured on this wall has a connection to the Cayman Islands. They may have been residents, loved ones of residents or people whose lives were intertwined with this community in meaningful ways. Though their lives ended too soon, their impact remains. This wall is a tribute to them, to hold space for grief, to offer comfort and to shine a light on the importance of compassion, understanding and hope. As you read these names, we invite you to remember, to reflect and to stand with us in honouring their lives and strengthening our commitment to mental health, connection and support.
