Organized, detail oriented, efficient and professional are just a few of the words I’d use to describe the Kelly Holding team. I’ve had the pleasure of working with them for a few sponsored events over the past few years, and for such a small team they certainly know how to execute large events well. They make it look easy and so seamless for the sponsor. Literally, all I have to do is show-up and it’s all taken care of.
Feedback about our WISTA international annual conference from attendees was that it was one of the best ever. We at WISTA Cayman could not have done this without the support of Kelly Holding. They brought a level of professionalism and know how to the organisation and delivery of the event which was invaluable to us. Kelly Holding was involved from the beginning and worked with us over the months leading up to the conference. They provided assistance with participant and speaker logistics, conference materials, transportation and arrangements, government approvals and waivers, liaising with the conference hotel, extra curricular and sight seeing activities and everything else in between. They even set up and hosted a conference secretariat for the duration of the conference. We cannot say enough good things about this group. They helped us to deliver a world class event and we look forward to working with them at future events.
The CI Classic hosted its inaugural event in Cayman in November 2017. The event featured 8 NCCA teams and over 1200 visitors to the island, thousands of local attendees and was held over 3 days.
The success of this inaugural event can be credited to the knowledge, experience and high level of professionalism of the Kelly Holding team. They managed all the event logistics which included transportation, accreditation, security, broadcast equipment etc. They also managed the event volunteers, media and PR, entertainment, and the school ticketing programme.
Their pre-planning and onsite management ensured that an event of this magnitude happening for the first time ran smoothly. This also required a great amount of troubleshooting and quick decision making, all which they were able to provide based on their vast experience with large scale events.
We were very pleased with the work of the highly capable KHL team. From the outset, it was evident that they had the expertise to handle all of the areas we requested of them, and more.
They met deadlines, made recommendations when we needed input, handled people in a calm, kind, entirely professional manner. Clearly au fair with promotions including the latest social media trends and possessing well-established community links, they were able to help ensure
that public awareness of the event was high.
Throughout the process, they anticipated potential problems and offered, then managed, solutions. Interacting with difficult or stressed individuals did not phase them; they maintained excellent customer service at all times. They successfully planned and performed approaches
that were customized to our needs. As the event producer, we felt we had their unequivocal, efficient support before, during and after the festival.
