Cayman Islands Strongman Competition

The Cayman Islands Strongman Competition is organised by the Cayman Islands Powerlifting Organisation (CIPO), a group of heavy lifting and training enthusiasts. The inaugural event took place in 2019 and featured Eddie Hall, 2017 World’s Strongest Man. The Strongman programme also features the Be Strong! Youth Rally, an event for students from both the public and private high schools which aims to help them strengthen their mental health even as the Strongman Competition itself focuses on physical ability and endurance. 

The KHL team worked on both the 2019 and 2022 events.
