Kelly Holding was given the honour of organising the Sticky Wicket West Indies Cricket Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in May 2007.  The event, held at the Stanford Cricket Ground in Antigua, West Indies, saw some of the greatest West Indies cricketers come out to honour the two inductees, the late Sir Clyde Walcott and Rev. Wes Hall.  The Sticky Wicket West Indies Cricket Hall of Fame was created by Antiguan financier Sir Allen Stanford in 2003 as a way to pay tribute to the outstanding contributions to cricket that have been made by individuals over the years. New inductees are installed every two years amid much pomp and circumstance. The first group of inductees in 2003 was Sir Everton Weekes, Sir Vivian Richards, Sir Garfield Sobers, George Headley, Malcolm Marshall, Clive Lloyd, Lance Gibbs, Michael Holding, Andy Roberts, Courtney Walsh, Curtly Ambrose and Brian Lara. Sir Frank Worrell and Ridley Jacobs were inducted in 2005.

Perhaps the biggest event to date that Kelly Holding has organized and managed is the Stanford 20/20 Cricket Tournament.  In essence Rhonda and Laurie-Ann took Sir Allen Stanford’s vision for the Tournament and ran with it, creating an event that captivated the entire cricket community in the Caribbean and indeed around the world.  The partners were the Event Directors for both the 2006 and 2008 Tournaments and executed every aspect of the programme. This included creating the legends programme; overseeing the funding scheme for the countries; communicating with all the countries regularly on all aspects of their participation; organizing the teams’ travel, accommodation and transportation; managing all media communications and press conferences; organizing all of the entertainment for the matches; coordinating the volunteers for the event; creating tickets and managing ticket sales; executing the public relations, advertising and marketing campaigns for the event; maintaining the Stanford2020.com website; ordering all of the team uniforms, equipment, event merchandise and promotional items; negotiating  agreements with suppliers and the West Indies Cricket Board; and setting up the professional team programme. During both tournaments, thousands gathered each night over the six week period to watch electrifying, exciting, entertaining cricket and millions watched it around the world.  Truly a phenomenal event that mesmerised the region.  Visit www.Stanford2020.com and see for yourself!

The Grand Opening of the Black Pearl Skate & Surf Park in Grand Cayman in April 2005 was an exciting event and Kelly Holding was proud to play a part in making it happen.   Nine skateboard pros, Tony Hawk, Darren Navarrette, Matt Dove, Alex Chalmers, Mike Vallely, Omar Hassan, Chet Childress, Kevin Staab and Steve Nesser, came to Grand Cayman to try on the new skate park for size and even do some surfing in the huge wave pool.  All were impressed and several have been back to enjoy the Park since then.  Throughout the all day event, the pros signed autographs, did demonstrations and even skated with the local kids.
